The small
space-consuming, polished, fully stainless steel machine is suitable for
external and internal rinsing of PET or glass bottles of various sizes. If
required, it can be ordered with only internal flushing. The flushing is done
by means of a solenoid valve, using tap water to which a hydrogen
peroxide-based disinfectant can be added. Dosing is done using a built-in,
self-priming detergent dispenser. The rinse time can be adjusted. The
disinfectant can be filled into a container located at the bottom of the
machine. Machine warns if the detergent is running out. After the bottles
have been placed, the machine will start when the door closed and rinse for
the set time. The used rinse water is goes into the sewer.

Bottle Washing / Rinsing Machine
The machine is suitable
for washing and rinsing glass bottles of various sizes both inside and
outside. It consists of two washing compartments. In one, the wash is done
with hot chemical water, and in the other, the rinse is done with tap water.
The chemical is dispensed using a built-in self-priming chemical dispenser
from a tank located at the bottom of the machine. Washing and rinsing times
are adjustable. If required, the rinse can be done with the same disinfectant
as the rinse machine. The machine has indicated that the chemical or
disinfectant has run out. Bottles should be placed first in the wash
compartment and then in the flushing compartment. Once the bottles have been
inserted, the machine will start with the door closed and wash / rinse for a
set amount of time. The used rinse water is going into the sewer. The
wash-detergent water is electrically heated and circulated by the machine.
