Automatic 18.9 l (5 gallon) Water-bottle Washing, Filling and Closing equipment

                                 

Depending on the version, the unit is suitable for washing, filling and sealing 18.9 L (5 gallon) and 11.35 L (3 gallon) water bottles of PRB or PET. The bottles do not require any human intervention after they have been placed in the machine. The operator places the bottles upside down in the bottle holder baskets, which the unit senses and starts a conveyor chain that moves the bottle through the wash phases, inverts, fills, and finally closes and transmits it to the operator who lifts it out of the machine. The bottles move all the way indoors to ensure maximum hygienic conditions. In addition to the usual settings on the PLC display, the operator will be informed of the cause of any malfunction. The machine is equipped with a self-cleaning program, which facilitates daily cleaning and disinfection.
