Price

Our prices include packing costs on EUR palette, customs services in Hungary, doesn't include VAT, cost of shipment and startup costs.

 

Terms and conditions

Manufacturing time: 4-6 weeks, depending on our load.

Delivery time: depends on the distance and mode of the shipment. In Europe approx. 5-8 days.

 

Delivery information

The goods are delivered with spare parts (connecting fittings, seals, springs, etc), User’s Manual, CE declaration. Most of machines can be delivered by TNT (FedEx) Express Economy Service. Shipment is possible by truck, air or marine, as well.

 

Commissioning

Most of our machines are compact, our presence at start up does not required.

 

Support

Our company provides technical helps by e-mail, phone, Skype or Viber in English or Russian languages.

 

Warranty: 24 month main parts replacement warranty by post / courier.

Data and purpose: We use your name, email, optional company name and telephone number, and message to answer your enquiry and discuss the matter you raised. Name, email and message are required to send this form. Please do not include sensitive personal data.

Legal basis: Your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by ticking the box and submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at the contact details above without affecting earlier lawful processing. Submission does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Recipients: Authorised Falcon staff handle enquiries. Netlify, Inc. receives and stores form submissions through Netlify Forms. Our email services (Drávanet and Google/Gmail) handle correspondence and any notification copies. Data may be processed outside the EEA, including in the USA; Netlify’s applicable data processing agreement provides transfer safeguards including standard contractual clauses. See Netlify data processing information. We do not sell your details.

Retention: If no contract results, we retain enquiries for 90 days after the matter closes, then delete form records and related working copies. If a contract results, necessary records are retained for performance and warranty; accounting documents follow statutory retention rules.

Your rights: You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may withdraw consent and complain to NAIH or the competent authority where you live or work, and seek a judicial remedy. There is no automated decision-making or profiling in handling this form.
